I find what
others miss.

I began my career as a Registered Nurse within a system designed to intervene once dysfunction becomes measurable. And I respected that system.

But over time, I began to notice something quieter. High-performing adults were not collapsing. They were compensating. Functioning. Showing up. Producing. Leading.

But beneath the surface, their physiology was negotiating under strain. Subtle cortisol disruption. Metabolic instability that never felt dramatic. Hormonal drift that stayed just inside "normal." Sleep that restored just enough.

Their labs were within range. Their capacity was narrowing. And most of them were told to wait.

That realization changed the trajectory of my work. I moved beyond surface metrics and into systems mapping — stress physiology, hormone rhythm, metabolic resilience, and early compensation detection.
